Położony na wzgórzach nad Massa i otoczony stuletnimi drzewami oliwnymi, dom wakacyjny narodził się w niedawno zrekonstruowanym domu kolonialnym, z którego wyrosły eleganckie apartamenty o różnych metrażach z niezależnymi wejściami. Dom cieszy się wspaniałym widokiem na morze od plaż Forte dei Marmi do zarysu Portovenere, w tym zamku Malaspina, który leży w pobliżu posiadłości.

Wszystkie apartamenty zostały starannie wyremontowane, zachowując cechy architektoniczne domu kolonialnego, począwszy od stropów, poprzez drewniane belki, aż po terakotowe płytki antresoli, przywrócone do ich pierwotnego blasku.
